We’re excited to share that Orange Marketing has earned HubSpot’s Manufacturing Industry Specialist Badge, our second Industry Specialist designation, following our Software Industry Specialist Badge.
HubSpot offers Industry Specialization Badges across a growing number of verticals and limits each partner to three. To earn one, partners must demonstrate a proven track record in the industry, provide dedicated case studies, and show that they understand the language, challenges, and operational realities of the businesses they serve.
For us, earning the Manufacturing Industry Specialist Badge validates years of helping manufacturers modernize their CRM systems, connect sales and marketing, integrate essential technology, and create processes that support how their businesses actually operate.
Our belief is that manufacturing companies do not need a generic CRM playbook. They need systems built around the way they actually sell, operate, and grow. We have been building exactly that for manufacturers for years, and this badge validates the work.
What Manufacturing Specialization Requires
Manufacturing organizations often have far more complex processes than the average B2B company. Their technology must account for long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, engineering approvals, RFQs, distributor and dealer relationships, complex quoting, aftermarket support, and multiple product lines or business units.
Three capabilities distinguish a true manufacturing specialist:
- Industry fluency: An understanding of how manufacturers sell through direct teams, distributors, and dealer networks and how those relationships affect data, lead routing, reporting, and customer communication.
- Systems integration: The ability to connect HubSpot with ERP, quoting, customer portal, and other essential business systems so teams can work from consistent, reliable data.
- Tailored implementation: CRM architecture, automation, and reporting designed around the manufacturer’s real processes instead of forcing the company into a generic template.
The Experience Behind the Badge
Our manufacturing work includes HubSpot implementations, CRM migrations, system integrations, revenue operations, sales enablement, demand generation, and ongoing portal support.
One example is our work with White Labs, a San Diego-based manufacturer of yeast and fermentation products for brewers, distillers, and winemakers around the world. Orange Marketing implemented HubSpot and built a custom integration with NetSuite to create a more connected, scalable sales and marketing operation. The project moved 100% of the company's marketing into HubSpot, synchronized data between the CRM and ERP, and introduced automated workflows for follow-up and task management.
We've also supported manufacturing and technology companies including Radeus Labs, PHYTEC, and Steam Solutions with projects tailored to their unique sales processes, systems, and growth goals.
Many manufacturers come to us because their teams are working hard, but disconnected systems are creating unnecessary friction. When sales, marketing, service, operations, and leadership can finally work from the same data, they gain the visibility and alignment they need to grow.
What This Matters Beyond the Badge
Almost any agency can say it works with manufacturing companies. HubSpot’s Industry Specialist Badge helps manufacturers distinguish between a partner that has occasionally served the industry and one that can demonstrate relevant experience and results.
That distinction can lead to:
- A faster start: The partner already understands common manufacturing processes, terminology, and technology requirements.
- Smarter system design: HubSpot is configured around the company’s actual sales and operational structure.
- Stronger integrations: CRM, ERP, quoting, and other systems work together more effectively.
- Better visibility: Sales, marketing, service, operations, and leadership share a clearer view of the customer and revenue lifecycle.
- A scalable foundation: The system can support new products, divisions, locations, acquisitions, and market expansion.
Manufacturing runs on continuous improvement, and we bring that same mindset to HubSpot. The goal isn’t simply to launch a CRM. It’s to build a connected revenue engine that can continue evolving with the business.
The AEO Angle
Industry specialization also matters in a world where buyers increasingly use AI tools to research vendors and compare potential partners.
A generic statement such as “we work with B2B companies” gives both human buyers and AI answer engines very little useful information. A dedicated manufacturing services page supported by relevant case studies, clear capabilities, and third-party recognition provides much stronger evidence.
That specificity can help Orange Marketing surface when someone asks, “Who is a good HubSpot partner for manufacturing companies?” But visibility is only the first step. Manufacturers still need proof that a partner understands their systems and can execute.
That’s what the experience behind this badge demonstrates.
