AI assistant to build contact lists

With AI Assistant in Lists, simply describe the contacts you want to engage with and AI will create the right set of filters for your list.

Searching through an endless list of properties, events, and associations to create your list can be a complex and time-consuming task. Sometimes, it can even prevent you from focusing your time and energy on drafting the right message to your right audience.

The new AI assistant in lists will help you streamline this process in a couple of clicks while maintaining full control over the outcome.

How Does It Work?

Simply describe your ideal target segment in natural language and watch the AI assistant assemble the right set of filters for you. You can use the assistant when creating or editing new lists.

Example action prompts:

  • Contacts who opened an email in the last 30 days
  • Contacts who saw our website page and submitted a form
  • Contacts who saw an Ad and their lifecycle stage is lead and have a deal associated that's valued over $500
  • Contacts based out of Texas who also work at a company in the Accounting industry

Campaigns ROI Reporting Now available

Campaigns ROI reporting is now available, allowing you to easily evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.

Shown as a percentage, the ROI is calculated using (1) the campaign spend and (2) the revenue from closed-won deals, or, the associated deal value.

To ensure this metric is as accurate and relevant as possible, you can configure the ROI calculation based on your business and marketing needs in a brand-new Campaigns setting space:

But that’s not all: with this new metric at the center of every campaigns performance report, we have improved the layout of the ‘Performance’ tab inside each campaign:

  • A simplified data filtering experience (Marketing Hub Professional only)
  • A dedicated ‘influenced contacts’ card and over-time graph
  • A dedicated ‘website traffic’ card highlighting the number of sessions and new contacts by contact attribution (first touch vs. last touch). These metrics are also available as 'over-time' graphs.
  • Updated and easy-to-understand tooltips with links to detailed knowledge-based articles, to better understand the definition and calculation of Campaigns metrics.

Adobe Express Integration

With HubSpot's newest integration, you can use the all-in-one AI content creation app Adobe Express to make stunning social posts, marketing images, flyers, and more!

Marketers and content creators have known and loved Adobe's image editing tools for years – and now you can use Adobe Express right when editing content within HubSpot.

How does it work?

You can open the full Adobe Express editor in the HubSpot file picker by clicking "More" and then "Design with Adobe Express."

You can also edit previously uploaded or AI-generated images using Adobe Express. Navigate to image details in either the HubSpot file picker or the Files application, then click "Edit with Adobe Express" in the "Clone and Edit" menu.

Note: When launching Adobe Express, you will be asked to either create a new Adobe account or log in with your existing one. Some features may require an Adobe subscription.
