Welcome to this week’s HubSpot Updates recap! We're still on cloud nine after attending HubSpot's INBOUND 2024. We mingled, we learned, and now we're bursting to spill all the juicy details with you! Mobile Sales Home

HubSpot is launching a new Sales home that will become the starting point for all sales reps and managers activity in the HubSpot mobile app. This homepage tailors users' needs based on their role and Sales Hub seat assignment. The new Sales Home caters to sales reps and managers needs, helping them achieve their goals:

  1. Helping mobile sales reps identify key actions to generate pipeline and/or close deals.
  2. Helping mobile sales managers review their team performance, and gain insights into their business.

How Does It Work?

From the newly ‘Selected Experience’ drop-down list in the side menu, Hubspot mobile app customers can select from three different types of home experiences depending on their role or need: 1) Sales - sales people looking for a full-on dedicated sales only experience, 2) Marketing - dedicated home for marketers focusing only on all things marketing and 3) Sales & Marketing - business builders that wear multiple hats can now enhance their sales and marketing workflows from a single home page.

Depending on your selected experience, the bottom and top navigation bars will be updated to enable customers to access their most valuable features quickly.


Campaigns ROI Reporting Now available

An updated collection of essential apps for marketers is now available in the HubSpot App Marketplace, highlighting recommended apps for Content Hub and Marketing Hub.

Check out the apps just added to the list:

  • Adobe Express: Make stunning images and marketing assets directly in HubSpot
  • Amplitude: Elevate your personalization strategies by enriching your CRM data with product usage insights
  • Asana: Collaborate with your team & manage campaign to-dos
  • HeyGen: Create AI-generated videos from your blog posts in just a few clicks
  • Microsoft Teams: Host webinars and sync data to HubSpot’s marketing events object
  • Microsoft Clarity: Sync sessions recordings to HubSpot
  • OneSignal: Reach customers w/ mobile & web push notifications
  • Twilio Segment: Centralize and enhance customer data, so you can deliver timely, relevant, and personalized campaigns.
  • Wistia: Create videos and sync leads from videos to HubSpot

How does it work?

Navigate to HubSpot’s App Marketplace via the marketplace icon in the top right of your HubSpot portal. Select the Essential Apps for Marketers collection halfway down the homepage, then choose an app and follow the prompts to install.

Customizable Views Sidebar

You can now customize your views sidebar in the help desk! Blend default and custom views, rearrange views, and hide undesired views from sight in a collapsible "More" section.

Maintaining focus is crucial when working in fast-paced support environments. Previously, the help desk views sidebar was static, often cluttering the workspace with irrelevant views. This update empowers you to take control of your sidebar, eliminate distractions, and concentrate on delivering top-tier support.

How does it work?

  1. Rearrange views via drag and drop
  2. Blend default and custom views
  3. Drag desired views into the top most section
  4. Move undesired views into the collapsable "More" section

Note: As part of this change, the "Create ticket" button has been moved into this menu available at the top of the views sidebar.
