Data Quality Property Insights in Report Viewer
This update introduces data quality property insights into the Report Viewer property about modal. It is available for contact, company, deal, and ticket objects.
How does it work?
To view property insights in Report Viewer, open a report > click the dropdown next to More > click Data Quality
Within this view, you can now see additional insights on the property including property issues, fill rates, and a direct link to the data quality command center for additional context (for example: an overview of property update sources over time).
Freeform Prompting in Content Remix
Freeform prompting introduces a new node type to content remix. Freeform prompts allow you to write custom instructions to content remix's AI to transform and control additional remix outputs.
Why Does It Matter?
With freeform prompting, you can better apply your creative and strategic strengths to the content remix process. Rather than be locked into direct transformations from one type of content to another, you can now give custom instructions on what to generate (similar to how you would in Breeze Copilot or ChatGPT). This improves efficiency as well as your control over AI-generated content.
How does it work?
Freeform prompting is enabled by default once your portal is in the beta.
- Select the freeform prompting output type.
- In the attributes panel, put in a prompt. This can be used similarly to how any chat-based AI tool would be used.
Example 1:
- Start your remix with a blog post.
- Add a freeform prompt node and give it instructions to write a press release about the topic discussed in the blog post for a specific audience.
- Continue to remix from the content that has been generated.
Example 2:
- Start with a whitepaper PDF that covers different topics.
- Use a freeform prompt node to give the AI instructions to focus on just one topic and identify key quotes.
- Use that output to continue remixing.
Create note workflow action
You can now automatically create notes using the new "Create note" workflow action.
Why does it Matter?
Notes are a versatile tool for adding important context to records, highlighting key information, or summarizing changes for your team. With the new "Create note" workflow action, you can now automate the addition of notes to records as part of any process. For instance, when handing a customer off to the onboarding team, you can use a workflow to automatically add a note summarizing the information gathered during the sales process. Any data from the workflow can be included in the note body, including enrolled record properties, associated record properties, and workflow run time data like action outputs.
How Does It Work?
To use the action, create a new workflow and set up your trigger.
- Search workflow actions or view the CRM action category to find the "Create note" action
- Select the action and draft the note body
- Add personalization tokens from the enrolled record, associated record, or workflow action outputs to the note body as desired
The workflow automatically associates the note with the enrolled record.
