Auto Merge Duplicate Records in Manage Duplicates Tool
You can now automatically merge records with exact 1:1 property matches, streamlining your data deduplication process. This intelligent feature works seamlessly on top of our existing model to consolidate matching records without manual review. NOTE: available for Ops Pro, and Ops Enterprise only.
Why does it matter?
Manual record review and merging is one of the most time-consuming aspects of data management, often leading to backlogs and inconsistent data. By automating the merge process for high-confidence matches, teams can focus their attention on more complex matching scenarios while ensuring their data stays clean and consolidated faster than ever before.
How does it work?
To configure auto-merge settings for your contacts and companies:
Navigate to the Manage Duplicates Tool > Click Auto-merge settings in the top right corner
Select the tab for the object you want to configure (Contacts or Companies) and enable auto-merge by toggling the switch to ON
Select the properties to use for matching:
- For Contacts: Choose from First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number
- For Companies: Choose from Company Domain Name, Country/Region, Industry, and Phone Number
Choose your merge criteria (same options as the current bulk merge experience) and click Save in the bottom left to apply your settings
Note: Only records with exact matching values for ALL selected properties will be automatically merged. Once you merge records, this can't be undone.
AI-Powered A/B Testing for Landing Pages
Optimize your landing pages faster and with greater confidence using our new AI-assisted A/B testing feature. When creating page variants, you can now leverage AI to generate alternative content suggestions and implement recommendations with a single click.
This enhancement makes A/B testing more accessible and effective, eliminating the guesswork of what elements to test. Let AI help you discover the best-performing version of your landing page while maintaining complete creative control.
How does it work?
1. In the content editor of your landing page, click the Test icon in the left sidebar and select Run A/B Test with AI.
2. In the left column, select a recommendation. The text for the new variation will appear under Suggested Content, while the original text will be labeled Original Content. Click Create variant in the top right.
3. Review the content of the new variant, then click Publish in the top right.
4. At any point during the test, review the test results and select a winner, just as you would with the manual A/B test process.
