Anniversary Filters
Customers can now create filters for recurring events, such as birthdays and anniversaries, using date properties that do not require a specific year. Previously, filtering by anniversary dates was complex. Customers often had to create a calculated property for the necessary date, serving as a workaround to identify anniversaries or birthdays.
How Does It Work?
Previously, generating a list to email contacts about subscription renewals after one year of using your product or service was not feasible.
Now, with anniversary filters, you can effortlessly create these lists by selecting your date property, choosing the appropriate operator, and selecting either "exact anniversary date" or "relative date anniversary" based on the chosen operator.
Note: The available operators that support anniversaries are "is between," "is not between," and "is less than X days ago/from now."
When you select the "is between" operator and apply the "exact anniversary date" filter, here's what you can expect your resulting list to include:
For example, if the anniversary date of joining falls between January 1st and March 31st, the resulting list will consist of all contacts whose joining date is within this range for any year up to and including the current year. Both January 1st and March 31st are included in the results.
Conditional Stage Properties for Additional Object Types
There is now added support for conditional stage properties to the appointment, course, listing and service pipelines.
Conditional Stage Properties are a powerful way to ensure users are filling out the right information in the right stage within a record's journey. We've historically had this functionality for Deals, Tickets, Leads and Custom Objects and will be extending it to the recently added HubSpot objects (appointments, courses, listings and services).
How Does It Work?
Watch this quick video to see this in action.
To set up different properties for a specific stage for an object, go to Settings, then Data Management. Choose the object you want to work with. Click the Pipelines tab, and then edit the properties for the stage you want to change. On the new screen, choose which properties sales reps need to fill out (you can make them required). Click "apply logic" and then save your changes.
Note: marking a property as required is only available to customers with at least one paid subscription.

Use HubSpot Forms to Register For Microsoft Teams Webinars
HubSpot's Microsoft Teams integration now allows you to use HubSpot forms for Microsoft Teams webinar registration. This means you can use HubSpot landing pages to tailor the registration experience for the webinars you run using Microsoft Teams, leading to a more streamlined customer experience.
Previously, you had to use Microsoft Teams registration forms for webinars or register already-existing contacts for webinars through HubSpot workflows, which could lead to a less consistent customer experience. Now, you can use HubSpot forms to register people to Microsoft Teams webinars right from HubSpot web and landing pages.
How Does It Work?
When creating a HubSpot form, you'll see a Webinar form section with dropdowns for integration and webinar name. Select Microsoft Teams and the specific webinar you want to use the form for. The form must collect first name, last name, and email address to successfully register people.
Once the form is completed, you will see a registration event on the contact's activity timeline and will also see registration data in the webinar details in Microsoft Teams.
Extending Association Actions to Additional Objects
Workflow actions that manage associations and association labels now work with the following objects:
- Appointments
- Courses
- Listings
- Services
How Does It Work?
When adding an action in the workflow editor, select one of the following actions from the 'CRM' dropdown.
- Apply labels to already associated records
- Update existing association labels
- Remove existing association labels
- Create new associations based on enrolled record and/or associate record's property values
The appointments, courses, listing, and services objects will appear when/where applicable based on the workflow type, action type, and the object/association settings in your portal.

- The main URL and all its sub URLs will automatically get crawled and synced.
- To see the synced URLs, close the side panel, and click on the "Imported URL" section.
AI-generated Video Subtitles and Subtitle Translations
At time of publishing, this is a private beta.
Marketers need to create accessible video content for their web visitors—oftentimes in multiple markets. To help, HubSpot is introducing two new capabilities. First, HubSpot can now autogenerate subtitles in the video's language. Second, they can translate those subtitles from said language into another in mere seconds.
Why Does It Matter?
Creating high-quality subtitles and translating them into multiple languages is time-consuming, tedious, and expensive. You're often faced with having to pay for transcription and translation services, or using low-quality online tools. This inefficient process discourages accessibility and globalization.
How Does It Work?
- Go to the Files application and select a video to generate subtitles for.
- Select the Subtitles (Beta) dropdown.
- Select Generate with AI, which will open up a modal.
- Select the language in the dropdown. Ensure the language selected matches the language the video's audio is in.
- After creating the transcript, select translate.
Note: Video must have Advanced Features enabled to use subtitles.
Visitor Experience
Visitors can select the caption button. The subtitles and translated subtitles will be available to website visitors.
