As June comes to a close, HubSpot is continuing to make its AI-powered tools more accessible while refining the everyday user experience. This week's updates expand access to Prospecting Agent across all paid HubSpot hubs and make reporting easier to navigate with a simple, but impactful, improvement to pivot tables.
Here's what's new for the week of June 29, 2026:
- Prospecting Agent Available on All Paid Hubs, and
- Column Freezing for Pivot Tables.
Prospecting Agent Available on All Paid Hubs
Why does it matter?
Prospecting work isn't confined to Sales Hub. Marketers qualifying inbound, CS reps spotting expansion, and ops teams running outbound all need help finding the right accounts and getting a first touch out. Gating the agent behind a single hub forced customers to either buy a seat they didn't need or skip the agent entirely. Removing that gate lets teams put it to work wherever prospecting already happens.
How does it work?
Any non-free portal can now set up Prospecting Agent. User-level access is controlled through permissions settings, so admins decide who can configure and use the agent.
Column Freezing for Pivot Tables
Pivot tables will now default to having columns frozen. This includes both the columns on the left hand side of the pivot table and the Totals columns on the right hand side of the pivot table. This means that scrolling horizontally on the pivot table will always freeze and keep these columns in view.
Why does it matter?
Pivot tables can have a lot of columns and as you scroll horizontally, you can lose reference of the values that you see, not knowing which value on the pivot tables is tied to which column. This creates hard readability issues for pivot tables. With the columns frozen now, scrolling horizontally through the pivot tables should still allow for better readability and understanding of pivot tables.
How does it work?
By default pivot table columns on the left hand side and the Totals columns on the right hand side will be frozen now. No setting change required.
