This week’s updates focus on one big theme: better alignment between your brand experience and your data. HubSpot is making it easier to manage complex organizations, whether that means supporting multiple brands with distinct customer experiences or connecting marketing efforts more directly to revenue outcomes.
From giving each brand its own dedicated AI agent to tying marketing events into the full customer journey, these updates help ensure your systems reflect how your business actually operates.
Here are our updates for the week of April 27, 2026:
- Customer Agent Now Supports Multiple Brands, and
- Marketing Event Associations.
Customer Agent Now Supports Multiple Brands
Want a Customer Agent specialized in each of your unique Brands? This is for you! Multi-Brand Support enables organizations to create and manage a distinct agent per brand within a single portal—each with its own identity, brand voice, knowledge, and other configurations.
Instead of forcing all brands to use a single agent, companies can now deploy dedicated agents that truly represent each brand's unique voice and expertise.
Why does it matter?
Customer Agent currently assumes every company can operate with a single agent. For multi-brand organizations, this creates serious challenges:
- Tone leakage — The wrong brand voice shows up in conversations
- Knowledge leakage — Information from one brand surfaces for another
- Context leakage — The agent confuses audiences, products, or brand contexts
What Customers Need: Multi-brand companies require complete separation between brands. Each brand needs its own:
- Identity and personality
- Knowledge base
- Rules and behavioral context
- Routing logic
- Performance reporting
How does it work?
Important Note: To use this functionality, you will need have brands add-on. More details about Brands Add-on here
1. Create an agent per brand
- Create, name, and configure an agent per brand
- Set distinct brand voice, identity per agent
- Train the agent on brand specific knowledge & context
2. Complete Brand Isolation
- Knowledge stays separated—no cross-brand information leakage
- Tone and behavior remain isolated per agent
- No context bleed between brand experiences
3. Channel Deployment Controls
- Clear controls show which agent is deployed where
- Safeguards prevent accidental deployment of multiple agents on the same channel
- Predictable routing ensures visitors always reach the right brand's agent
4. Platform-Wide Visibility Each agent appears as a distinct entity across HubSpot:
- Help Desk views
- Reporting dashboards
- Workflow builder
- Channel assignments

Marketing Event Associations
You can now associate marketing events with Companies, Deals, Leads, Payments, Orders, Custom Objects, App objects, and other marketing events.
Until now, your marketing events data has lived in isolation, making it difficult to tie event activity to real business outcomes.
With marketing event associations, you can:
- Connect event engagement to revenue by linking events to deals and payments
- Track the full customer journey from event participation to conversion
- Unify your data model by tying events to custom and app objects
- Improve reporting and attribution with richer, connected data
This means you can finally answer questions like: "Which events are influencing pipeline? How do event attendees convert into customers? What downstream impact do my events have on revenue?"
How does it work?
To configure marketing event associations
- Navigate to Settings > Data Management > Objects > Associations Tab
- Select Marketing Events from the object dropdown
- Create and configure association labels and limits
Create or view associations on records
- Navigate to a marketing event or supported CRM object record page (e.g., Deal, Company)
- Use the Association card to link related records
- Add or remove associations just like you would with other CRM objects
Explore relationships in the data model builder
- Open the data model builder under Settings > Data Management > Objects
- View how marketing events are connected to other objects
- Use this to understand and design your data structure more effectively
