This award recognizes the work completed for FreightPOP, a transportation management software company. The scope of the project included:
- Complete rebranding from top to bottom with the help of Tank Media on colors, fonts, illustrations, and photography style
- Overall tone and manner updated to encompass technology more and logistics less, better reflecting the company's identity
- Adding more content to improve "social proof" enabling the client to demonstrate authority and excellence in their field
- New website navigation to improve the visitor experience and to help prospective customers self identify
- Webpage optimization on all new pages, with each page intralinked to other sections to improve the UI and increase SEO
- The inclusion of dynamic content to insert appropriate messaging by persona or lifecycle stage

Award #2: Branded Digital Campaigns, Contests, & Promotions - Orange Marketing Holiday Gift Campaign
In response to the limitations 2020 placed on holiday get-togethers and to add a personal touch to the gifts sent to clients and prospects in 2020, we ran an automated HubSpot campaign that allowed people to customize what gift they received.
We started by sending people to a landing page via email with a note of appreciation that set the stage for the gifts on offer. We also asked what address they wanted their gift sent to, which was particularly useful given that most were working from remote locations.
They then selected exactly the gift they wanted.

Initially, we were only going to run the campaign for our customers, but the campaign delighted so many, we soon had requests to help our clients set up holiday campaigns for their customers and prospects.
