For the week ending May 2, 2025, there are three standout updates we think are especially worth your time:
Social marketers can seamlessly create new CRM contacts from social interactions like comments, mentions, and direct messages. Once a contact has been created from social interactions, the Contact's timeline will include social interaction details, including timestamps and message content.

This release provides a number of updates to Sequences reporting to help sales teams quickly understand how their Sequences are performing and optimize their outreach.

Sequences are scalable ways for teams to implement processes across their team, and it's incredibly important to understand the impact of these processes. These updates are designed to help teams better understand what is working well, what isn't and how they can improve performance.
These new reports are available within the Sequences tool. Once an admin has ungated the beta for their portal, you can find it under Automation > Sequences > Analyze or by clicking into an individual Sequence > Performance.

You can now create properties on the CRM index page more quickly, with a streamlined, easy-to-use side panel.
It's easier and faster to create properties in context when working in the index page table.
To use this feature, navigate to the object's index page and click on the column header to access the contextual menu.
