You can now sync your custom lifecycle stages from HubSpot directly to Facebook's Conversions API, giving Facebook more precise data about your prospects to optimize ad targeting. This enhancement builds on our existing Facebook integration by allowing you to track and optimize around the specific customer journey stages that matter most to your business.
The Conversions API is designed to create a direct and reliable connection between marketing data (such as page views and lifecycle change events) from website to Meta. This marketing data helps power ad personalization, optimization and measurement on Meta so that your ads are shown to people who are more likely to find them relevant.
The Conversions API can help you:
To create a new Facebook event, navigate to Marketing > Ads and click on Create > Event. Select Facebook as your ad network and select your ad account. Choose Lifecycle stage change as the Event Trigger.
Once you do so, you should be able to view and sync your custom lifecycle stages if you have set any up in your CRM.
You can now apply rich text formatting, bold, italic, underline, hyperlink, and colour to labels and help text. Additionally, bold, italic, underline, and hyperlink formatting are now supported in data privacy text.
Until now, labels, help text, and data privacy text have been limited to plain formatting, making it harder to emphasize key information or align content with brand guidelines. This could lead to poor user comprehension, lower engagement, or compliance risks when displaying critical information.
When configuring labels, help text, or data privacy text in the forms editor, you can now use formatting controls to style the text. This allows for clearer communication and better alignment with brand or compliance requirements.
You can now automatically add captions to videos you post on YouTube from HubSpot.
While YouTube auto-generates captions, their accuracy often falls short. HubSpot's AI-generated captions offer significantly better precision and readability, improving accessibility, engagement, and cross-platform performance.
HubSpot seamlessly shares the caption file when posting videos to YouTube—no additional steps are needed.
