Tired of chasing down invoices, cleaning up CRM dramas, or writing one more LinkedIn post? HubSpot’s latest updates are here to do the grunt work for you.
Here’s what’s new in HubSpot this week:
Invoices are now automatically created when a customer pays a Quote or Payment link through Commerce Hub. These invoices are available in HubSpot when you need them. Invoices can be shared with buyers for their records, will seamlessly sync with your accounting system, and can be used in automation and reporting.
Previously, only some payments had an Invoice created through Commerce Hub. Subscription payments and payment schedule payments created invoices, but one time payments through Quotes and Payment links did not have an invoice created. This led to an incomplete picture and made it difficult to report on revenue.
