That’s the power of HubSpot’s automated blog newsletter and social auto-publish feature, available in Content Hub Professional or Enterprise. And yet, many HubSpot customers still don’t realize these tools exist, especially now that blogging has moved out of Marketing Hub.
At Orange Marketing, we use these automation tools every week, and we want to show you exactly how they work, why they matter, and how they make our own marketing team look great.
Why a HubSpot Blog Is Essential
With the blog tool now part of Content Hub Pro, it's crucial to understand its continued value. Here are the main reasons you should be leveraging your HubSpot blog:
1. Centralized Content Management
Marketers shouldn’t have to bounce between WordPress, Webflow, or other platforms just to manage blog content. With the blog tool baked into HubSpot, everything lives in one place. That means your blog, landing pages, CTAs, social media, and email newsletter all work together seamlessly, saving you time, reducing errors, and giving you a clearer view of what’s working.
2. Blog once, post everywhere (automatically)
Once you hit “publish” on a blog post in HubSpot, things don't stop there. HubSpot can automatically create and schedule social media posts across your connected accounts, including LinkedIn, X, and Facebook. To draft, simply select the dropdown at the Publish button within the blog tool and navigate to Social.
From there, you have two options:

4. Automatically send blog updates to your subscribers
Did you know you don’t need to manually build and send a newsletter whenever you publish a new blog post? Instead, set up an automated blog newsletter email that goes out on a schedule you control - we prefer weekly, but monthly is available as well and a few other options.
Navigate to Settings - Content - Blog - Subscriptions, and turn on your preference for the frequency of your newsletter (we like weekly):
This feature pulls in your latest posts, formats them into a clean, branded email, and sends a weekly email to your blog subscribers, all automatically. You can even control settings, such as the number of posts displayed in the blog newsletter email, the order of posts, or only sending certain tags/categories.
