Hey there! Welcome to this week's HubSpot Updates recap. We're here to keep you up to date with the latest features and improvements HubSpot has rolled out. This week brings some cool updates that can help boost your productivity and make your work smoother.
Here are the Top HubSpot Updates for the past week ending October 7, 2024:
There are new features available when Billing for Subscriptions in HubSpot:
The new search and filtering features revolutionize duplicate management, empowering users to focus on the pairs that matter most. By instantly surfacing relevant duplicates, this enhancement dramatically boosts efficiency and user satisfaction. This streamlined process not only saves valuable time but also enhances data accuracy, enabling businesses to make more informed decisions and optimize their workflows for greater productivity.
When creating a subscription, customers can select the contact and line items that should be billed. There are a few new options available in Line Items and Advanced Settings:
Multi-year frequencies are now supported when Billing for Subscriptions. Customers can convert a deal or quote with multi-year frequencies to a subscription or create a new subscription using these frequencies.
By default, Invoices are automatically emailed to buyers so they can pay on each billing date. Customers can now select whether invoices should be sent automatically and the TaxID(s) that should be added to each invoice.
Clicking on the Invoice from the sidebar of a Subscription will now go to the Invoice sidebar instead of the Invoice PDF. This allows for a more unified experience without customers needing to search for the Invoice to take action or see relevant information.
The Campaign APIs are designed for customers, developers, and app partners to effectively create, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns and assets.
