From extending AI-powered support across every Pro+ Hub to simplifying CRM record management, this week's updates are all about helping teams work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively. Whether you're looking to boost your customer experience, streamline your sales process, or dig deeper into your data, there’s something here for you.
Here’s what’s new and noteworthy in HubSpot this week:
HubSpot is expanding Breeze Customer Agent beyond Service Hub, making it available across all Pro+ Portals starting today. Now, Marketing, Sales, and Service can deliver 24/7 AI-powered support across the entire customer journey.
It’s the same agent already resolving over 50% of conversations, now available to more teams, in more places.
Customer expectations don’t end at support—and now, neither does Customer Agent. By bringing Customer Agent to every Hub, we’re empowering teams to automate fast, accurate, and helpful responses from first touch to long after the sale. Whether it’s handling product questions or resolving support issues, Customer agent helps teams scale without growing headcount.

Getting started on customer agent is a Breeze
All or part of records may be reusable. Today, users have to do the hard work of copying information from one record to another because they can't clone records. With this update, users are able to duplicate CRM records (Contact, Company, Deal, Ticket, custom objects, Appointments, Listings, Services, and Courses) from their record page. Cloning is an essential feature that saves time and minimizes the risk of mistakes from manual input.
When viewing a record, users with permission to create a new record will find a new option in the Actions dropdown menu. The Clone action starts the record creation with properties and associations pre-filled from the source record.
Admins can now customize guided actions by toggling them on/off, adjusting trigger timeframes, and modifying suggested actions.
Every sales team has unique processes and requirements. With customizable guided actions, admins can ensure recommendations match their team's specific workflow - making the Sales Workspace more relevant and personalized for how your team actually sells.
Navigate to the Summary page and click "settings" next to Guided Actions. From there, customize the default Guided Action categories to fit your team's needs.
HubSpot deep research connector
HubSpot is the first CRM to launch a deep research connector with ChatGPT. The new HubSpot deep research connector lets you apply powerful, doctorate-level research capabilities to your own customer data from HubSpot.
For example:
The connector supports core CRM objects including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and their associations (read-only).
With over 75% of HubSpot customers already using ChatGPT, we’re making it easy for you to apply powerful, doctorate-level research and analysis to your own customer data and context-and to put these business insights to work. This is game-changing for go-to-market teams.
Now, you can leverage the connector for strategic research--to conduct deep analysis on large datasets, test hypotheses, explore market opportunities, and uncover insights through complex, multi-variable analysis.
In addition to being easy to use, the HubSpot deep research connector is also easy to trust. Users only see the CRM data they’re allowed to access in HubSpot. For example, individual sales reps will only see pipeline data for deals they own or manage. HubSpot customer data is not used for AI training in ChatGPT.
Ensure your Super Admin (user with the highest permissions level) or a user with App Marketplace permissions completes the setup first, as their account must be connected before others can access the connector. Once enabled by a Super Admin, other users in your organization can follow the same steps to connect. The HubSpot deep research connector is currently only available in the web version of ChatGPT.
To connect your CRM data to ChatGPT:
After connecting, you can analyze your HubSpot CRM data with deep research in ChatGPT using natural language—no additional technical setup required. Please note, ChatGPT responds to the language used in the prompt, with all available languages here.
You'll now be able to create a new type of property to store URLs.
URLs are critical data for modern businesses. Some examples:
Objects<Settings<Properties
Create a property, and then select URL as the fieldtype.
You can specify a list of domains that should be allowed or blocked.
Click save.
When entering data "https://" will be automatically prepended to data entered in a URL property. Any data that does not fit a valid URL format will be prevented from being saved.
The values of URL properties will be shown as clickable links in the CRM.
URL properties are not yet supported in Forms.
NOTE: this feature is currently available in private beta only.
HubSpot continues to roll out powerful tools that make it easier for teams to collaborate, automate, and scale. But with so many capabilities at your fingertips, the real challenge is knowing how to put them to work—strategically and effectively.
That’s exactly what the International Carwash Association did. After years of organic growth across multiple Hubs, their system had become too complex to navigate without help. A focused audit from Orange Marketing revealed untapped features, eliminated inefficiencies, and set the stage for smarter, more connected operations.
